Dr. Amit Lotan
About
Dr. Amit Lotan is the Head of the Hadassah Department of Adult Psychiatry, which he has joined as senior psychiatrist in 2013. Dr. Lontan has been a research fellow at the Hadassah Biological Psychiatry Laboratory since 2010. Areas of expertise of Dr. Lotan include behavioral neurobiology, psychopharmacology, neurogenomics and neuroinformatics. Together with Prof. Bernard Lerer Dr. Lotan is leading research on the use of psychedelic drugs for the treatment of psychiatric disorders.
